FINDING FLOW Workshops are interactive workshops designed to help you find clarity to move forward.
This workshop will help you discover your unique design and come up with an activation plan to build the future calling you forward.
Each FINDING FLOW Workshop happens within a cohort of like-minded, creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial individuals.

Topics Covered:
Theory of Personal Design
Origins and Impact on Development
Reframing Pain as a Platform
What is Flow?
Participants will gain an understanding of why we are who we are, be able to articulate with language the experience of flow, and consider the impact that their origin story might be a strength in some ways and a weakness in others.
Participants will be inspired to face their past and hear stories of people overcoming great obstacles by facing their fears instead of running away from them.
Experience: Flow Assessment
Participants will be able to answer these questions:
What is my unique design?
What energizes and de-energizes me?
How can I leverage my past pain to create a greater future?
What are some practical steps I can take to experience greater flow and fulfilment in my life relationally, vocationally, and personally?
Participants will practice deep listening to others, developing empathy, critical thinking, and providing powerful feedback to others.

Understanding of Unhelpful Agreements
The Iron Link Between Resources & Connection
Healthy Boundaries
Best Practices: Flow-Designed Schedule
Tools & Practices: personal knowledge management, project management, gratitude and mindfulness
Experience: Flow Agreements
Breaking ties with agreements/inherited beliefs that do not serve us.
The desired outcome of the experience is for participants to overcome barriers and find breakthrough in the areas that are holding them back from embracing their destiny and original design.

Participants will expand their vision beyond themselves and consider how they can impact others through their dreams.

Session 4 is about making it all practical and getting traction through an Activation Plan.

Experience: Activation Plan Presentation & Feedback
Participants will come out of the session with a roadmap for experiencing more flow within their lives, and feedback from others who may see opportunities for growth. The intended result of this session is a confidence to make the next move.

The core of the program is the FLOW Assessment, developed by former Silicon Valley Venture Capital Firm & Hollywood Film Production advisor, Dave Gibbons.

In-person sessions are conducted in the Sydney CBD area. The exact location will be provided upon enrollment.
Online sessions are conducted over online video calls.

The program combines interactive workshops, assessment tools, course booklet, and group feedback designed to help you understand your design, create an action plan around it, and get traction towards your goals.
